Rental policies that apply to every vehicle. Seats, luggage space and mileage are listed on each vehicle's page.
Can I take the vehicle out of state?
Yes. You can travel to any U.S. state. The vehicle may not be taken into Canada or Mexico.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is due when you book, and the remaining balance one week before your trip starts. Pay by card: credit cards add a 2.9% card fee to each payment, debit cards have no fee. You can also pay by Zelle with no fee on vehicles rented directly from Eflow. A Zelle booking is confirmed when the deposit arrives and cancelled if it hasn't within 24 hours; a card is still needed for the security hold. Indiana sales tax (7%) is included in every quote, and the credit card fee is the only charge added at payment.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable $1,200 security hold is placed on your card at trip start (at delivery time for delivery bookings). It is released after the vehicle comes back in good condition. Damage, excess mileage or other agreed charges are taken from the hold.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 7 or more days before your trip starts for a full refund of your deposit. 3–6 days before: 50% of the deposit is refunded. Less than 3 days before: no refund. If we ever have to cancel, you get a 100% refund.
How does insurance work?
Your personal auto insurance is primary and our insurance is secondary. Drivers need valid personal auto insurance with liability coverage and may be asked for proof. We don't sell a separate protection plan. For delivery bookings where you never drive or tow the vehicle (such as a camper we deliver to your campsite), the insurance and driver's license requirements are waived.
Is there a minimum driver age?
Yes. All drivers must be at least 21 and hold a valid driver's license.
How long can I rent?
The minimum stay is 2 nights and the maximum is 30 nights per booking. Stays of 7+ nights get 10% off and 14+ nights get 20% off.
Where do I pick up, and when?
Pickup and return are in Pittsboro, Indiana (west of Indianapolis). Standard pickup is 2 PM and return is 10 AM. Other times can be added for a small hourly fee, and delivery is available.
How many miles are included?
It depends on the vehicle. Each vehicle page lists its included miles. Vehicles with a mileage limit offer an Unlimited Mileage add-on for road trips.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, with prior approval and a non-refundable $75 Pet Cleaning Fee. Choose the pet add-on when you book.
How do I check availability and book?
Each vehicle page shows the next 90 days of availability, and you can book online in a few minutes. AI assistants can check exact dates and prices at /api/quote (see /llms.txt).
